1. Subject

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&C”) govern the contractual relationship between the Supplier and the Customer concerning the sale of goods and/or services offered through direct orders, online platforms, or other agreed means.

By placing an order, the Customer declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these T&C.

2. Contract Formation

The contract shall be deemed concluded when the Supplier confirms the Customer’s order in written or electronic form.
The Supplier reserves the right to refuse an order in case of product unavailability, evident errors, or failure to agree on the applicable economic conditions.

3. Prices

All prices are expressed in Euro (€), unless otherwise stated, and include applicable taxes in accordance with current legislation, unless expressly indicated otherwise.
Any additional costs (e.g. shipping or special delivery) will be communicated separately.

4. Shipping Timeframes and Costs

Shipping times and costs shall be agreed with the Supplier after the order is placed, depending on the type of product, destination, and delivery method.

Delivery may take place:

via postal service or courier, or

via physical direct delivery, if agreed between the parties.

Any delays not attributable to the Supplier (e.g. force majeure events, carrier disruptions) shall not give rise to any right to compensation.

5. Returns Policy (Right of Withdrawal – EU Regulation)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the Customer acting as a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, without providing any reason.

5.1 Withdrawal Procedure

The Customer must communicate their intention to withdraw by written notice (email or other traceable means).

5.2 Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

intact,

unused,

in their original packaging, where possible.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Refund

The refund shall be issued within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

5.4 Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases provided for by EU law, including but not limited to:

customized or made-to-measure goods,

sealed goods that have been opened after delivery,

services that have been fully performed with the Customer’s prior consent.

6. Legal Warranty

Products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with EU legislation.
In case of lack of conformity, the Customer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, as provided by law.

7. Liability

The Supplier shall not be liable for:

improper use of the products,

indirect or consequential damages,

delays or failures due to force majeure events.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, texts, images, and materials provided remain the exclusive property of the Supplier or their respective owners and may not be used without prior written authorization.

9. Personal Data Protection

Personal data are processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data are used exclusively for contractual purposes and shall not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

10. Amendments to the Terms

The Supplier reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Amendments shall apply to orders placed after their publication.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This contract shall be governed by European Union law and applicable national law.
For disputes involving consumers, jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of the Customer’s place of residence, as provided by EU regulations.

12. Dispute Resolution

The Customer may make use of alternative dispute resolution (ADR/ODR) mechanisms made available by the European Commission.
